The Dog My Cat Loved

Pepsi was the tiniest kitten when we got her. It took her some time to feel comfortable with our Golden Retriever, even though Carmen was the gentlest dog you could ever meet. But when they finally clicked, the two of them were total pals. Pepsi would snuggle up to Carmen, even imitating the position Carmen was laying in! I just know that Pepsi was grieving right along with us when Carmen passed away. Such cherished memories.
